7 Gods and a Frog of Lowell, Mass., defeated Eagle Eyes of Portland, Maine, 51-29 in the finals of the 9-Ball National Team Championship.

7 Gods and a Frog takes home $15,000 in 1st Place prize money, while Eagle Eyes received $7,000 as the Runners-Up.

The team Men from Massachusetts started strong earning a majority of the points each rack. Harrington and James demonstrated great teamwork as they turned the table over to each other each rack. But it just wasn’t enough, Crazy Girls played calm and slow and sunk a few each rack, and quickly those few added up to 14, their team race. Miller, a skill level 1, sunk the winning point. In less than an hour and just under five racks, Crazy Girls were crowned 2006 9-Ball Doubles Champions.
